Adult and Family Cooking
Working with NHS Gloucester and Cotswold District Council, The Kitchen Club has partnered on a number of recent initiatives to bring healthy eating to identified, disadvantaged groups.
Cooking courses running over five weeks have allowed adults to engage and learn new kitchen skills. Concentrating on nutrition, healthy eating runs alongside learning how to be economical with produce and appliances.
Planned, organised and executed by Meliny Tim, founder of The Kitchen Club, she shares her expertise and knowledge from her extensive background in nutrition and education to deliver tailored cooking courses.
